Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to design, develop and maintain interactive dashboards and business intelligence reports that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of data visualization best practices and the ability to translate business needs into meaningful visual reports.
This role involves developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements, working closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translating them into functional BI solutions.

- Integrate data from various sources such as SQL databases, Excel files, APIs and cloud services.
- Create data models and DAX calculations to ensure accurate and meaningful visualizations.
- Ensure data integrity, performance optimization and usability of reports.
- Conduct data analysis to support strategic initiatives and provide actionable insights.
- Provide training and support to business users on Power BI tools and self-service capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, Business Analytics or a related field.
- At least 2+ years of experience working with Power BI in a data analysis or business intelligence capacity.
- Proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M) and data modeling.
- Strong experience working with SQL and relational databases.
- Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes and data governance best practices.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud is a plus.
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) experience.
- Proficiency to deliver business insights and create data visualizations.
