Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Data and Business Insights Analyst to join our team. This is a full-time, remote role that requires expertise in data analysis, systems integration, and business process improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders. Experience working with EMR/CRM systems, data visualization tools, and HIPAA regulations is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate integration, updates, and other software system customization needs.
- Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular audits of client charts to ensure accurate and complete data.
- Identify missing or inconsistent data elements and work with staff to rectify issues.
- Develop and maintain automated reports for clinical, operational, and strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Health Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics or systems analysis, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, and EMR/CRM data extraction.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and data security protocols.
