Position: Business Data Analyst

Job Type:Full Time

Work Setup: Work from Home

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 10PM - 7AM PHT (Night Shift)

Holidays to follow: US Holidays

Salary Budget: Php 60, ,000.00 gross salary package

We are seeking a strong analytical resource who will be responsible for maintaining and creating analysis and data visuals that will enable leaders of the program to make strategic decisions.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A BUSINESS DATA ANALYST

Your responsibilities as a Business Data Analyst:

• Design, create and maintain Tableau dashboards

• Conduct and create data analysis using Excel, SQL and Tableau

• Work closely with data engineers to design data models, maintain and validate data in data warehouse

• Conduct ad hoc industry research

• Create and update slides used in client meetings, business reviews, etc.

• Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to analyze information needs and functional requirements.

Qualifications as a Business Data Analyst

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Information Technology, Computer Science, or other quantitative major.

• An understanding of basic accounting/finance is a plus

• At least 3 years and up proven experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role

• Significant data management and analysis experience

• Strong knowledge of Tableau and able to develop insightful dashboards and reports that drive business decision making and outcomes

• Intermediate Database and Transact SQL skills

• Intermediate PowerPoint experience

• Understand data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques

• Highly organized with strong project management skills, and drive to meet organizational objectives; ability to manage multiple projects on interrelated timelines.
