Job Title: Customer Service Representative

This is a remote customer service role that works with a division specializing in custom apparel.

Description:

The ideal candidate will be able to process repeat orders for existing clients, calculate pricing using established markup matrices, and liaise with clients regarding quotes and order specifications.

  • Process repeat orders for existing clients using accounting software and supplier websites.
  • Calculate pricing using established markup matrices based on order quantities.
  • Liaise with clients regarding quotes and order specifications.
  • Coordinate with graphic design teams for mockups and visual presentations.
  • Place orders with suppliers through online portals.
  • Manage order documentation through digital systems.
  • Create and send invoices to clients.
  • Recommend embellishment techniques based on client needs.
  • Track and process orders through internal systems.
Responsibilities:
  • Reports directly to the office team.
  • Handles existing customer accounts and repeat orders.
  • Works with established pricing matrices and systems.
  • Undergoes training to achieve full competency.
  • Interacts regularly with the office via video link.
  • No proactive sales responsibilities.
  • Focus on order processing and customer service.
Requirements:
  • Administrative or customer service experience.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency with accounting software.
  • Experience with digital productivity tools.
  • Ability to work independently while communicating with the team.
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple orders.
  • Understanding of pricing and markup calculations.

This is a freelance job with a flexible schedule of 20 hours per week during business hours. The client timezone is Australian Western Time (Perth).
