Customer Acquisition Representative
Job Description:The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating and maintaining contact with potential customers, generating interest in the company's offerings, and qualifying leads for further engagement by the sales team. This role requires effective communication skills, a results-oriented approach, and the ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams.
Responsibilities:- Prospecting: Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and online research.
- Lead Qualification: Engage with leads to determine their needs, budget, and purchase intent, and qualify them based on predefined criteria.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to potential leads.
- CRM Management: Record and maintain accurate lead information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Follow-up: Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with potential leads to nurture their interest and move them through the sales funnel.
- Lead Nurturing: Use email marketing and other communication tools to nurture leads and provide them with relevant content and information.
- Sales Handoff: Coordinate with the sales team to transition qualified leads for further engagement, providing comprehensive information and context.
- Data Analysis: Analyze lead generation performance, track KPIs, and make data-driven recommendations for process improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare and provide regular reports on lead generation activities and results to management.
- Feedback Loop: Collaborate with the marketing team to provide insights on lead quality and feedback on lead generation campaigns' effectiveness.
- Bachelor's Degree: In Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven Experience: As a Lead Generation Specialist or similar role.
- Excellent Communication Skills: And interpersonal skills.
- Strong Analytical Skills: And problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM Software: And other lead generation tools.
- Ability to Work Independently: And as part of a team.
- Proven Track Record: Of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
