Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage external communications including email campaigns, newsletters, invitations, and promotional content.
  • Compose and refine copy for marketing materials, social posts, and presentations with consistent messaging and tone.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure aligned messaging across all channels.
  • Support the development of marketing assets such as brochures, flyers, presentations, videos, and event signage.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Assist in lead-generation efforts by researching and organizing contact databases.
  • Execute outbound campaigns through various channels, including sequence setup, testing, and tracking.
  • Maintain accurate contact lists and ensure synchronization across CRM and outreach platforms.
  • Draft, schedule, and monitor LinkedIn and other platform posts to support campaigns, announcements, and events.
  • Track engagement metrics and recommend improvements for enhanced digital visibility.
  • Plan, organize, and support both virtual and in-person events, including conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, and webinars.
  • Manage event timelines, deliverables, registrations, booth preparations, and logistics.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, events, or communications, with strong project management and organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
