At Lewis Glanz Consulting, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our executive team.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires at least 4-5 years of experience as an executive assistant. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision. They should also possess impeccable written and oral communication skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and coordinate business operations, including scheduling meetings and appointments, handling travel arrangements, and maintaining files and documents.
  2. Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the executive team, including email management and calendar organization.
  3. Liaise and communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, lawyers, and other external parties.
  4. Coordinate meeting setups, ensure all necessary materials are available, and oversee company events.
  5. Oversee office management requirements and ensure the office is well-maintained and organized.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/College Degree
  • At least 4-5 years of experience as an executive assistant
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Impeccable written and oral communication skills
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits and a stable work environment.
