Job Title: Master Builder

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Builder to fill this key role.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, technical expertise, and project management skills. This position involves working closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure the highest standards of design and construction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development of building concepts and detailed architectural plans.
  • Prepare and review drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Evaluate compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and construction teams.
  • Monitor construction progress and resolve design or technical issues.
  • Stay current with architectural trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
  • Minimum 6 years of architectural design and/or project management experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, ArchiCAD, or other architectural software.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials.
  • Excellent creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work within deadlines with minimal supervision.
