Financial Modeling Expert Wanted

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of financial models. The ideal candidate will have experience in FP&A, Finance Systems, or Data Analytics roles.

The role involves creating complex financial models using Anaplan, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of financial planning concepts are essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the development and optimization of financial models within Anaplan.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Assisting in data integrations between enterprise systems and Anaplan, ensuring accurate and timely data flow.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, Finance Systems, or Data Analytics roles.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Anaplan model building and optimization.
  • Experience with other Enterprise Performance Management tools is a plus but Anaplan expertise is preferred.

Bonus qualifications:

  • Anaplan certifications (Model Builder, Solutions Architect, or Master Anaplanner).
  • Familiarity with Alteryx for data prep/blend workflows and Snowflake for financial data integration is a plus.

Additional benefits include working with large datasets, performance tuning in a financial planning environment, and exploring AI-driven automation in FP&A.

This position requires adaptability, flexibility, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to troubleshoot model performance issues and optimize Anaplan for efficiency.
