We are seeking a highly self-sufficient AI Prompt Engineer to lead all aspects of prompt development and optimization across our AI-driven systems. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role—you will not be part of a larger AI or engineering team.

You will be responsible for everything from prompt design to evaluation, testing, deployment, and continuous iteration. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, proactively identifying problems and solutions, and owning the full lifecycle of prompt engineering without relying on dedicated teammates. Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently design, write, and refine effective prompts for large language models (LLMs) like GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, and others.

Own the full prompt engineering pipeline: experimentation, testing, analysis, and deployment. Build and maintain a high-quality prompt library tailored to multiple use cases. Monitor model behavior, assess performance, and iterate on prompts to improve reliability, tone, and contextual accuracy.

Collaborate directly with stakeholders (e.g., product or business teams) to understand objectives and deliver prompt-based AI solutions. Stay current on prompt engineering best practices, LLM developments, and tooling improvements. QualificationsDemonstrated experience working independently with LLMs and generative AI tools (OpenAI API, Anthropic, LangChain, etc.).

Strong writing and linguistic skills with the ability to craft precise, instructive, and adaptable prompts. Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate AI outputs and continuously refine strategies. Experience with technical writing, UX writing, NLP, or similar fields is a strong plus.

Excellent self-management, prioritization, and communication skills. This is a Full-Time requirement and following the US working hours. Nice to HaveBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, AI/ML, or related disciplines.

Familiarity with techniques like few-shot prompting, chain-of-thought reasoning, or RAG.Basic understanding of AI safety, model limitations, and ethical considerations. Seniority level
