Job Description

As an Enterprise Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of key client projects. Your responsibilities will include coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors to deliver projects on-time, within scope, and within budget.

You will assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Your expertise will ensure resource availability and allocation, develop detailed project plans, and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for this role include measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, reporting and escalating to management as needed, managing relationships with clients and stakeholders, performing risk management, and establishing and maintaining relationships with third-party vendors.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Business Administration or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Experience in SAP Activate Methodology.
  • Proven working experience in project management.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
