Job Title: Restricted Programs Officer

The role involves developing high-quality proposal documentation at the country and regional levels.

Main responsibilities include reviewing and finalizing annual work plans, budgets, and other documents in accordance with donor requirements.

You will coordinate quarterly review meetings with members associations, prepare administrative documents, and provide program management support as needed.

In addition, you will lead MA quarterly reporting and donor reporting processes, contribute to drafting and editing donor reports, and prepare updates for external communications materials.

This is a six-month consultancy that may be renewed. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in program/project management and support, including working with country-level NGO partners.

Strong organizational and coordination skills are essential, along with excellent writing, analytical, and attention to detail abilities.

Fluency in English is required, and cultural understanding and sensitivity are necessary for success in this role.

Requirements
  • A degree in SRHR, public health, international development, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in program/project management and support.
  • A strong track record of delivering high-quality program reports to donors and/or external audiences.
