We are looking for an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Lead to join our growing team. This role will directly support the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) in establishing and enhancing the Bank's enterprise-wide risk management framework, with a strong focus on non-financial risks.
This is an individual contributor role with high visibility to senior leadership, offering an opportunity to shape the bank's risk governance and future people management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Bank's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, policies, and procedures.
- Lead risk governance initiatives covering non-financial risks such as Operational Risk, IT/Technology Risk, Cybersecurity, Outsourcing/Vendor Risk, Business Continuity, and Fraud Risk.
- Support the development of the Risk Appetite Framework and translate it into clear risk limits and key risk indicators (KRIs).
- Monitor risk exposures, escalate breaches, and coordinate with risk owners for timely remediation.
- Partner with Finance, IT, and other functional units for ICAAP, capital stress testing, and scenario analysis.
- Provide advisory to business units to ensure risk considerations are integrated into new products, services, and processes.
- Prepare and present risk reports to the Board, Senior Management, and Group Risk Team.
- Foster a risk-aware culture through training and awareness sessions on enterprise and non-financial risk topics.
- Coordinate with regulators, Internal Audit, and Compliance on ERM and operational risk-related matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk, Accountancy, Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of hands-on risk management experience in a bank or regulated financial institution.
- Strong exposure to non-financial risk domains (IT Risk, Operational Risk, Business Continuity, Fraud/Outsourcing Risk, Risk Governance).
- Deep knowledge of BSP regulations and global ERM frameworks.
- Experience in policy formulation, ICAAP, risk appetite, stress testing, and KRI monitoring.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to present to Senior Management and the Board.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, digital banking environment with minimal supervision.
