
Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage our office operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support, including answering incoming calls and submitting invoices into designated accounting software.
- Handle email correspondence and contact tenants regarding rent increases.
- Assist in arranging property viewings and coordinating with potential tenants.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of office experience (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and basic software applications.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
