Business Analyst Role Summary

This role involves analyzing performance data to identify trends and patterns in training and operational performance. The goal is to provide actionable insights that drive improvements in learning curriculum and instructional experiences.

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret performance and learner data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive improvements in learning curriculum and instructional experiences
  • Perform root-cause analyses on performance deviations and outliers, identifying both immediate and long-term solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related analytical field. They should also have experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or PowerBI, and be proficient in Excel, SQL, and data manipulation techniques.
