Job Title: Learning Experience Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Experience Specialist to join our organization. This role is critical in driving business growth through effective learning and development programs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement blended learning training programs that meet business objectives and drive sustained growth.
  2. Provide coaching and support to training managers and specialists to enhance engagement and success.
  3. Collaborate with external clients to align on training needs and results.
  4. Contribute to a global operation as part of a world-class team and report to Senior Manager, Learning & Development.
  5. Oversee the testing, selection, deployment, and maintenance of learning solutions using evidence-based, learner-centric, scalable, and data-driven technologies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with a strong background in technology and technical writing.
  • Advanced Internet skills and computer knowledge.
  • Knowledge of project and process management, especially agile approaches.
  • Advanced Office skills, including Excel and PowerBI.
  • 4+ years of experience in creating technical documentation and user content leveraging multimedia and basic graphic design.
