The Business Development RoleYou'll drive sales initiatives by identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients as a Business Development Representative.
- Review profiles of brands starting the sign-up process to identify potential partnerships.
- Welcome new clients, address questions, handle objections, and clarify the value proposition of Pion's solutions.
- Understand client needs and manage expectations while educating them on Pion's product offerings.
- Qualify suitable plans and set expectations for maximizing Tracking, Content, Promotion, and Commission.
- Manage Salesforce records and communication flows effectively.
- Provide insights and feedback to internal business teams to drive growth.
This role requires flexible working hours, including an occasional 4pm start time and some flexibility needed.
Your Qualifications- Experience in business development or sales, preferably in tech or SaaS environments.
- A proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build rapport with clients.
- A results-oriented mindset with experience meeting targets is required.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) to manage leads and track progress is a plus.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English are necessary.
