
Dedicated Enterprise Client Specialist

Plan to succeed as a dedicated client specialist, working exclusively with our largest enterprise account. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, strengthening relationships, and driving retention.
This is a relationship-focused, proactive client success and special project management role. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality support.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily communications with the largest client, responding quickly to requests, questions, and needs.
- Partner with the Client Success Manager to execute account strategy and meet account performance objectives.
- Participate in client-facing meetings with the Client Success Manager.
Role Requirements: 2+ years of client-facing or account support experience (Enterprise SaaS or services industry preferred). Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
Required Skills and QualificationsKey Skills: Strong problem-solving and communication skills, strong sense of urgency and proactivity, ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications: Prior experience in a client-facing role, familiarity with project management platforms (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, etc) is a plus.
