Network Engineer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to support and deliver exceptional service to our global customer base. This is a full-time, 100% remote opportunity with flexible shift options available.

Mandarin language proficiency is required for this role.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support for customers, focusing on SDWAN (preferably Cato) and related services.
  • Troubleshoot and configure basic LAN setups, including routers and firewalls, as well as Microsoft operating systems.
  • Support the provisioning and onboarding of new customers for managed services.
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Own support issues from start to resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication and expert problem-solving.
  • Built strong relationships with customers by delivering outstanding support.
  • Mentor and train fellow engineers on complex technical issues and solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced technical environment, with expertise in SDWAN technology.
  • CCNA/CCNP certifications are highly desirable.
  • Strong firewall configuration skills, preferably with Fortinet.
  • In-depth understanding of BGP, OSPF, VRRP network protocols.
  • Familiarity with network design principles, routers, firewalls, NAT, COS/QOS, and SOC 2 compliance processes.
