About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Solutions Specialist to provide operational support for our global network environment. This role involves providing proactive and reactive support for all network hardware, software, and communication links.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supporting Cisco networking technologies, strong technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills, as well as practical knowledge of CISCO networking technologies. ITIL certification is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing support to project managers based on requirements to integrate a network setup
  • Developing solutions to complex problems with thorough documentation
  • Completing preventative maintenance activities such as code updates and equipment updates
  • Incident management, problem management, change management, and capacity management
  • Managing assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives
  • Responding to inquiries from staff, administrators, service providers, site personnel, and outside vendors to provide technical assistance and support
  • Ensuring security and audit compliance
  • Maintaining operational-related moves, adds, changes, and deletes (MACD)
  • Adhering to operational standards and engineering design standards

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in supporting Cisco networking technologies
  • Strong technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Practical knowledge of CISCO networking technologies
  • ITIL certification
  • Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced working environment
  • High-level technology problem-solving skills
