Job Summary

Network Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining network infrastructure, including Cisco devices, Palo Alto firewalls, Netscaler, Infoblox, and Aruba devices.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage, support and maintain network infrastructure.
  2. Provide tiered support for network-related incidents and service requests.
  3. Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline network operations.
  4. Participate in and lead network-related projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new deployments.
  5. Ensure all network solutions adhere to internal standards, security policies, and industry best practices.
  6. Utilize monitoring tools to proactively identify performance bottlenecks and potential issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience with network infrastructure management.
  • Strong understanding of Cisco devices, Palo Alto firewalls, Netscaler, Infoblox, and Aruba devices.
  • Proficient in automation scripting languages.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
