Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the sales department by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth sales operations, and assisting in client interactions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong reasoning skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team in preparing reports, tracking performance metrics, and maintaining records
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, creating spreadsheets, and generating reports
  • Conduct research on potential clients, projects, and market trends using industry tools
  • Maintain and update CRM systems
  • Support client communications by responding to inquiries and coordinating follow-ups
  • Ensure organized documentation of transactions, contracts, and relevant materials
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in a sales support role or administrative position
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization
  • Experience using CRM systems is a plus
  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools is an advantage
