Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Training Supervisor to lead our training programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing effective training strategies, collaborating with clients and internal teams, and coaching and developing team members.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Comprehensive Training Programs: Design and implement induction and accreditation programs for all staff working on contracts, ensuring compliance with client, legislative, and regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver High-Quality Training Events: Coordinate and deliver training events as set by Service Excellence and Operational Directors, including technical and soft skills, regulatory compliance, management development, and business-specific materials.
  • Foster Collaboration: Work closely with clients and internal teams to identify emerging requirements and ensure they are reflected in training and development plans.
  • Evaluate and Improve Content: Create or update training content to align with Vertex branding and high-quality standards, and evaluate new content prior to and post-launch to ensure desired outcomes.
  • Coach and Develop Team Members: Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to improve team members' skills and contribute to the organization's success.


Requirements
  • A strong understanding of contact center training programs and excellent training development and delivery skills.
  • Minimum three years documented successful experience in a leadership position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical skills, and proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office.
  • Prioritizing education at the Bachelor's level or higher is preferred, but a high school diploma is the minimum requirement.
