The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting organizational reviews and assessments, developing and implementing OD strategies, and managing change initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of organizational development principles, methodologies, and best practices.

  • Conducting Organizational Reviews
  • Developing OD Strategies
  • Managing Change Initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, business administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in organizational development, human resources, or a related field.
  • Understanding of performance management processes, including appraisal systems and change management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and workshops effectively.
