Job Overview:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to empower staff with fundamental skills and knowledge, impact the bottom line by conducting training, and strengthen relationships through effective communication with clients and team members.

You will take the lead in delivering new hire training, partnering with managers to identify skill gaps, and working with the training manager to prepare content for interventions and new launches.

Our most successful candidates will have excellent data mining skills, the ability to think outside traditional roles, strong verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrated leadership skills.

To be considered for this role, you must have a high PDP score, a tenure of at least 12 months, no active issues, and be willing to work onsite.
