We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our healthcare staffing team.

About the Role:
  • Identify and qualify top nursing talent for travel, acute care, and ambulatory assignments

This role plays a key part in ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality candidates for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source nurses for hospitals clinics and ambulatory care settings with attention to specialty and client-specific criteria
  • Screen candidates based on ICU ER OR and other client-specific requirements
  • Manage multiple requisitions while maintaining quality standards through effective communication and organizational skills
  • Utilize ATS platforms for Boolean searches pipeline tracking and engagement
  • Submit qualified candidates with complete documentation meeting the needs of our clients
  • Stay updated on licensing and credentialing requirements affecting the industry
  • Adjust sourcing strategies based on market trends and client feedback to ensure optimal results
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience sourcing for healthcare roles particularly in travel nursing or acute care
  • Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of ATS platforms and sourcing tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage high-volume requisitions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
