Key Responsibilities

You will be the first point of contact for clients, answering their inquiries and engaging them in a trusting relationship. You will handle high-volume calls, providing guidance and setting up appointments with attorneys.

  • Create Exceptional First Impressions: Represent our organization with warmth and professionalism, making potential clients feel supported from the moment they call.
  • Handle High-Volume Calls with Precision: Manage a large volume of inbound calls (50-100 daily), answering client questions with clarity and setting up appointments with attorneys for consultations.
  • Own the Client Journey: Partner with internal teams to coordinate appointment setting and follow-up, ensuring a seamless, tailored client experience from start to finish.

Requirements
