Account Manager Job Description

This role is responsible for leading a portfolio of small to mid-market clients, driving product adoption, and revenue growth through strategic guidance and strong customer relationships.

The Account Manager oversees a portfolio of customers, ensuring customer satisfaction by analyzing engagement data, leading business reviews, and proactively addressing needs to maximize long-term value.

Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of 30-100 customers, building executive relationships with customer accounts, implementing best practices, analyzing user engagement data, and leading annual or semi-annual business reviews.

To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree relevant to the position, two or more years of professional experience in sales or account management, and proven history managing a portfolio of similar-sized clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous customer service experience and ability to build rapport with customers via phone, email, and video conferencing;
  • Technical proficiency on SaaS products;
  • Growth mindset;
  • Ability to take initiative and think creatively to solve problems;

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
