JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
  • Professional License (Engineer/Architect) preferred.
  • Minimum of [5–7] years of experience in construction management or project management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal requirements.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
