Project Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, manage vendor relationships and ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, project management, construction management and building management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate maintenance and surveillance of properties.
  • Manage properties at different stages of development from construction to fully furnished and operational.
  • Ensure necessary maintenance and operational tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Act as a liaison between contractors, vendors and property stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress on construction and renovation projects to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
  • Develop and implement building management best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards for property maintenance and safety.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project status and property conditions.

Requirements:

  • A degree in architecture, project management, construction management or related field.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders including contractors, vendors and internal teams.
  • Hands-on experience in property maintenance, facility management or construction oversight.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
