Job Overview

This position involves supporting clients in Asia Pacific with benefits enrolment and data validation. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented with strong data manipulation skills and experience in benefits brokerage or insurance administration.

The successful candidate will collect, validate and clean benefits enrolment and eligibility data; assist with enrolment processes and ensure beneficiary data is updated; track and monitor ID cards; resolve client queries; support contract renewal activities related to membership/census listing provision and reconciliation; support interactions between clients, vendors and our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build internal relationships and collaborate with teams across regions
  • Demonstrate effective communication with colleagues in other offices
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a program with emphasis on mathematics or business
  • 2-5 years' work experience in an insurance company or outsourcing company performing healthcare processes (e.g., claims, enrolment)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with data entry, validation and manipulation (advanced Excel skills essential)
