About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to play a critical role in supporting our Digital Marketing team. The primary focus will be on identifying business needs, analyzing data, and developing solutions that drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze data from digital marketing platforms to track key performance indicators, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization and business growth.
  • Create reports and dashboards that empower marketing teams to utilize data and information effectively for informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to secure buy-in and support for digital marketing projects.
  • Analyze digital marketing processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the development of the organization's overall digital marketing strategy, aligning it with business objectives and market trends.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience as a business analyst or similar role preferably in e-commerce, marketing, or technology.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • Good knowledge of reporting and data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - analytical, innovative, and creative mindset.
  • High adaptability to change and fast-paced environment.
