Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented individual to serve as a Remote Test Proctor, administering and overseeing standardized exams for students using the Zoom platform.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare testing materials and monitor students during their exams.
  • Meticulously time students across up to five different exam types per session.
  • Observe, take notes, and ensure exam protocols are strictly followed.
  • Communicate with headquarters staff when issues arise during exams.
Requirements
  • Availability of 4–20 hours on Saturdays and Sundays between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM PST.
  • Flexibility to accept weekday proctoring sessions is a plus.
  • No previous proctoring experience required — in-depth paid training and shadowing opportunities will be provided.
  • Prior standardized testing or experience working with middle and high school students is a plus.
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Reliable, punctual, and receptive to feedback.
  • Strict adherence to protocol and professional conduct.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English skills, as this is a client-facing position.
