Remote Proctor Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to serve as remote test proctors.

This is an exciting opportunity for those interested in education or looking for a flexible way to supplement their income with meaningful work.

Proctoring assignments are primarily held on weekends, following a rotating schedule. The ideal candidate will be available 4–20 hours on Saturdays and Sundays between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM PST.

Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare testing materials and monitor students during their exams
  • Meticulously time students across up to five different exam types per session
  • Observe, take notes, and ensure exam protocols are strictly followed
  • Communicate with headquarters staff when issues arise during exams
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • No prior proctoring experience required — comprehensive paid training and shadowing opportunities will be provided
  • Prior standardized testing or experience working with middle and high school students is a plus
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent multitasking skills in fast-paced environments
  • Reliable, punctual, and receptive to feedback
  • Strict adherence to protocol and professional conduct
  • Exceptional written and spoken English skills, as this is a client-facing position
