Process Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve the billing and invoicing processes, reducing errors and improving efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement process improvements and ensure seamless execution.
Key Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in billing, payroll, or invoicing roles, particularly involving overtime, night differential, or holiday pay calculations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage complex billing issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications, with experience in invoicing software or HR platforms a plus.
