Job Title: Intelligent Automation Strategist

As a highly skilled automation specialist, you will design, build, and maintain automated workflows across various client projects. You'll work with platforms like Make.com, Zapier, and other no-code/low-code tools, applying light coding skills where needed to create smart, scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, test, and optimize automation workflows using Make.com, Zapier, and related tools.
  • Integrate multiple apps, APIs, and data sources to streamline processes.
  • Troubleshoot automation issues and ensure smooth execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver automation projects.
  • Document processes and create clear SOPs for recurring workflows.
  • Continuously research and experiment with new AI tools and automation methods.
Qualifications
  • Strong background in workflow automation using Make.com, Zapier, or similar platforms.
  • Ai-native mindset: comfortable testing, adopting, and applying emerging Ai tools.
  • Basic coding skills (e.g., JavaScript, Python) a plus, but not required.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and resourceful problem solver.
  • Ability to work independently across multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Previous experience in agency, SaaS, or automation-heavy environments a plus.
