Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategies:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent within the automotive industry.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs specific to automotive roles and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Maintain and enhance the companys recruitment pipeline and talent pool in the automotive sector.
- Employee Onboarding:
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- HR Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations specific to the automotive industry.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR policies with a focus on automotive sector compliance.
- Analyze HR metrics and reports to inform decision-making and strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and talent development, within the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices as they apply to the automotive sector.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
