  • Edit presentation decks and videos using Canva and light video tools for sales or internal purposes
  • Track and manage inbound leads, maintaining CRM data accuracy
  • Contribute to the preparation of sales materials, including pre-call briefs and follow-up documents
  • Coordinate sales touchpoints, ensuring timely communication with clients
  • Monitor databases and business dashboards to inform decision-making
  • Analyze data summaries to identify trends and opportunities
  • Support documentation, SOP development, and business writing projects
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, marketing, or administrative support roles
  • Prior experience working at startups or in fast-paced, ambiguous environments is highly valued
  • Strong written English communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Suite is a requirement
  • Proficiency in Canva and AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude is a plus
