Key Operations Role

This position entails overseeing and optimizing the daily operations of a content creation team. Ideal candidates will have experience managing remote teams and knowledge working within the digital content ecosystem.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and communicate weekly and daily team schedules to ensure all coverage needs are consistently met.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and peer-mentorship assignments.
  • Act as the primary contact for operational questions and day-to-day workflow issues.
  • Monitor team performance and process adherence, escalating concerns as necessary.
  • Maintain and improve standard operating procedures for scheduling, onboarding, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with leadership to resolve productivity bottlenecks.
  • Foster an inclusive and productive culture across a 100% remote team.
  • Track key operational metrics and deliver regular reports to management.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in operations, team supervision, or coordination within startup, remote, or BPO environments.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Comfortable using digital scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and virtual collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to thrive independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Experience supporting online content creator teams or managing online communities is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with subscription-based or premium content platforms is beneficial.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented attitude.
