Bookkeeper - Hybrid

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and performing bank reconciliations.

This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility of working from home while having the opportunity to work onsite in Batangas City.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks.

Responsibilities:
  • Data entry and maintenance of accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Performing bank reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of financial transactions.
  • Managing payroll processing and ensuring timely payments to employees.
  • Performing other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, Accounting, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Experience in payroll management.
  • Knowledgeable in using QuickBooks.
  • Expert in using Microsoft Excel.
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • High level of integrity, intelligence, flexibility, fast learner, good work attitude, and good organizational skills.
