A highly skilled and experienced accounting professional to manage financial data and train staff in QuickBooks software.
">Key Responsibilities:- Provide training and support to staff members in achieving QuickBooks certifications
- Develop training materials and resources to assist staff in mastering QuickBooks software
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance staff proficiency in QuickBooks
- Assist staff in preparing for and successfully completing QuickBooks certification exams
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to financial data or software usage
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with QuickBooks software in a professional setting
- Valid QuickBooks certification
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Experience training people on QuickBooks software and helping people to achieve certifications
- Help prepare trainees to perform the following job roles:
- Bookkeeper
- Accounting Assistant
- Administrative Assistant
- Payroll Clerk
- Auditing Clerk
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software is a plus
