Job Overview

This role focuses on developing and managing paid media ad campaigns across various platforms.

You will launch, manage, and optimize campaigns to drive growth and ROI for our clients. Your key responsibility is to identify opportunities to scale accounts and implement strategies that meet client return on ad spend (ROAS) goals.

Our primary objective is to drive revenue and growth by leveraging your expertise in paid advertising. You will work closely with the team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Using your analytical skills, you will analyze campaign data and make informed decisions to drive growth. Your problem-solving approach and ability to think strategically are essential in this role.

Required Skills:

  • Proven ability to plan, develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns for eCommerce brands across paid social platforms.
  • A strong analytical mindset to analyze campaign data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience in using analytics tools to provide strategic recommendations and drive growth for direct-to-consumer brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Launch, manage, and optimize paid social ads while ensuring error-free execution.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Meta and TikTok ad campaigns and rapidly optimize them for maximum ROI.
  • Establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients by providing valuable insights for meetings about ad performance, creative tests, and new marketing angles.
  • Manage campaign budgets using a data-driven approach with a consumer-first focus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively on a team.
  • An ability to self-manage, juggle multiple projects, and execute based on priority.
