Job Description

As a senior leader in our Paid Media department, you will be responsible for managing a team of analysts and communicating with clients to create, optimize, and manage paid media accounts that deliver against performance, ROI, and revenue targets.

You will lead a team of 7-8 direct reports, coaching and developing their talents while holding them accountable for assigned work and schedule requirements. You will also participate in testing and optimization, ensuring all elements are executed confidently.

Key responsibilities include managing keyword bids, budget caps, and other important account metrics, as well as providing recommendations and executing strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search for client campaigns.

You will be responsible for answering queries on campaigns from clients by email, as well as from other marketing teams and departments. Career development for all team members is also a key responsibility, including training and support, coaching, disciplinary action, and recommending team members for new roles.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-5 years experience managing a team of marketers
  • Deep experience with Google Ads and Google Ads Editor; ability to lead experienced Google and Facebook admins
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or equivalent programs; regular use of spreadsheets
  • Monitor and evaluate performance KPIs for all Google Ads campaigns and troubleshoot issues
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search for client campaigns
