Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Director Liaison to provide administrative support to our Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Managing Director, managing their diary, scheduling meetings, and appointments.
  • Prepare minutes of meetings attended, distribute, and follow through on action items.
  • Research and gather data to prepare documents and proposals required by the Managing Director.
  • Provide general administrative support, including tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Perform other functions and tasks as assigned by the Managing Director.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of working experience.
  • Fluent in oral and written English communication.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Resourceful and proactive with a strong analytical mindset.
