Job Title: Liaison Assistant in Makati

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Liaison Assistant to join our team at CloudMatrix Innovations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our corporate clients and ensuring seamless communication between our organization and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the corporate liaison team, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Assist in the coordination of corporate events, conferences, and meetings, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion.
  • Prepare and present reports, presentations, and other materials as required, utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve processes and services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a liaison or related role, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels within an organization.
  • Professional demeanor, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality when required.
