Technical Solutions Expert

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced technical professional to join our Revenue Operations team. As a skilled solutions expert, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs and translating them into effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in functional & technical discussions with customers, understanding their requirements and pain points.
  • Design and present solutions that demonstrate the product's value, addressing customer needs effectively.
  • Conduct needs assessments and solution-finding sessions, including technical questionnaires, for customers with varying levels of complexity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of our product suite, including front-end and back-end functionality.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical product functional issues, sales processes, and propose solutions.
