Job Description

This role is a trusted advisor for customers seeking clarity on medication side effects. They serve as a patient-first advocate, leveraging their medical knowledge to ask the right questions, assess concerns, and provide clear guidance.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to medical information queries and product quality complaints via telephone, email, or other channels.
  • Record and report Adverse Drug Reactions within required timelines.
  • Perform various activities including tracking information and metrics, ongoing quality control of defined process steps, training, and data reconciliation from multiple sources.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Non-degree with 3-4 years relevant experience or 1 year safety experience.
  • Associate degree with 2-3 years relevant experience or 1 year safety experience.
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Pharmacy, Life Science, Medical Science, or related field.
Desirable Skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and pharmacovigilance practices.
  • Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • High accuracy with attention to detail.
