We are seeking a Product Strategist to champion business outcomes across various product initiatives.

As a key member of our Business Strategy & Growth Team, you will partner with stakeholders to define and prioritize product initiatives that drive business results. You will analyze data to identify opportunities for product improvement and user experience enhancements. Your responsibilities will include launching and refining campaigns or features to improve conversion, retention, and engagement.

You will translate strategic goals into actionable product outcomes, create business cases and success metrics for proposed initiatives, and ensure alignment between cross-functional teams and overall business objectives. Additionally, you will present findings, insights, and recommendations to leadership and track performance post-launch.

Your role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You should be proactive, adaptable, and flexible, with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in product strategy, product marketing, or business analysis roles. The ideal candidate will be skilled in using data to support decision-making and drive results.
