Insurance Processor Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Insurance Processor to join our team. This role involves processing and managing insurance policy applications, endorsements, renewals, certificates, and cancellations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial property and casualty insurance processing and a strong understanding of insurance policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Policy Processing: Process new insurance policy applications, ensuring all required information and documentation are complete and accurate.
- Policy Endorsements, Renewals, Cancellations: Handle endorsements, renewals, and cancellations in a timely manner.
- Compliance: Review policy applications for compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate and organized client files and policy records, generating and distributing policy documents, and providing support to the customer service team.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Previous experience in commercial property and casualty insurance processing is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with insurance software such as Applied EPIC, AMS 360, EZ Lynx, and CRM systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
This position is 100% remote work, allowing you to work from home or any other location. The pay rate starts at $5/hr and increases to $6/hr once placed with an agency.
Other RequirementsA dual-monitor setup is required, and only Windows OS is accepted. Please note that IOS is not supported.
