Insurance Operations Specialist

Our organization is seeking an Insurance Operations Specialist to join our team. As an Insurance Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the backend operations of our insurance business.

About the Job

As an Insurance Operations Specialist, you will:

  • Manage client relationships and ensure timely communication
  • Track policy applications from submission to approval
  • Provide exceptional customer service through email, phone, or chat
  • Utilize CRM software to manage client data and interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
